Welcome to Digibit, the Ledger Official Chinese Site, https://www.digibit.top (hereinafter "this site"). This site is directly operated by Guangzhou Baiyun Lianshou Technology Co., Ltd. and operates within Ledger's authorized channel ecosystem as a localized service portal for Chinese-speaking users. Using this site indicates your agreement with the terms below.

I. Official Identity

Digibit is the exclusive official Chinese portal of Ledger and the Ledger Official Chinese Site. All Ledger devices sold are directly supplied by the original factory, with seals and traceability verifiable online.

II. Scope of Services

Including but not limited to: Ledger hardware wallet (Nano S Plus / Nano X / Stax / Flex) factory-direct supply, official after-sales (RMA), firmware-upgrade guidance, recovery-phrase and PIN security education, and the official Chinese knowledge base.

III. User Obligations

Users must safeguard their recovery phrase and PIN. Digibit support never asks users for their recovery phrase; stay alert to phishing sites, fake support staff and counterfeit apps.

IV. Priority of Official Documentation

All Chinese content on this site is synchronized from the Ledger original official documentation. If the Chinese translation differs from the Ledger original English/French official version, the Ledger original official version shall prevail as the final authority.

V. Right to Modify

Digibit reserves the right to modify the Terms of Service at any time, with users notified through announcements on this site after any modification.
